Whether reviewing or drafting an agreement of sale, attending settlement or obtaining low cost title insurance, our firm can do it promptly and professionally. If you are selling your house yourself, we can give you advice and guidance to help you through this complicated process. We can help you qualify buyers, place your down money in an escrow account, prepare a sales agreement and answer your questions. If you are working with a real estate agent, we can work closely with them to see that your settlement goes smoothly and give you the comfort of knowing that experienced real estate attorneys are on your team, answering your questions and protecting your interests.

Where planning for the future is involved, our firm provides the answer to your needs. Whether you need drafted a simple or durable Power of Attorney, a Will, trust arrangement or an estate design which involves your accountant and insurance planner, we have the resources to give you and your loved ones peace of mind. If you have an existing Will in need of revisions, do not hesitate to contact us. We also provide our clients with complete Probate Services. If you are named as executor of a Will and need legal assistance, please call. If a loved one has died and has not left a Will, we can also be of assistance in protecting the estate.

When you or someone you love is injured, whether in an automobile accident, at the workplace, or by a defective product, or even through medical malpractice, the last thing you need is to be faced with the task of gathering and evaluating all the information necessary in order to present a claim that will produce fair compensation. Contacting doctors, hospitals, expert witnesses, police agencies, insurance companies and other attorneys, are tasks best left to those experienced in these matters. We stand ready to provide that experience to protect your rights and ease your mind during a most difficult period. Even if the injury occurs out of state, we may often times still be able to assist you. Please call.

We have extensive experience in all phases of Family Law representing both plaintiffs and defendants, ranging from abuse matters, divorce, child and spousal support, alimony, distribution of material property, child custody and property settlement agreements to adoption and name changes. One of our partners has helped develop and been a child custody conciliator for over 12 years. We will explain to you in understandable terms the practical and technical procedures involved in your case and the likely timetable for such events.

Our firm's transactional experience in the commercial/corporate arena includes the formation, operation, liquidation and dissolution of corporations, limited and general partnerships and other entities; planning and implementation of acquisitions and sale of businesses and assets; and ongoing planning including "buy-sell" agreements, corporation resolutions and the drafting of business-related documents. Our firm can collect commercial accounts, and we work with attorneys in all states where the debtor may be found.

As noted, our firm handles a large variety of legal concerns. Please call if you have any questions with regard to a legal situation. We work with many groups, including credit unions and national referral agencies. If we are not able to assist you in your particular legal matter, we may be able to make recommendations to assure that you are given the legal representation you deserve. Even if your legal problem is out of the area, we may be able to help locate representation for you through our resources.

Kraut and Kraut is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We strongly encourage that appointments be made several days in advance but emergency appointments are usually available. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to schedules as much as possible. If you cannot keep an appointment, your courtesy in canceling is very much appreciated. Special fee arrangements are available to senior citizens, credit union members and employer groups. Inquiries are invited.

Our philosophy is that the complexity of the law need not be an overwhelming experience. We operate our practice in such a way as to afford our clients with an understanding of their matters and of our services on their behalf.

We look forward to providing legal assistance to you,
your family, and your business should the need arise.
